The Impact of Digital Marketing Innovation on Firm Performance: Mediation by Marketing Capability and Moderation by Firm Size

Digital marketing innovation plays an important role in a company’s performance. Since this concept is quite new, there are not many empirical studies on the impact of innovations. The purpose study to examine digital firm performance, consider mediation effect capability performance and explore potential moderating size effect. Using KOSPI KOSDAQ data linear moderated estimation, we found that through has significant direct indirect effects, with effects greater than effects. Theoretical practical implications also discussed article.
